About This Blog and Me

This blog has 3 sections.

One part is called Mint Spectacles.  Mint means fresh. And mint goes wild. Plant one tiny stem and it will pretty soon include the neighboring soil in its party. So Mint Spectacles tries to takes a fresh look at stuff in three major areas:

science, specially the environment

non-disaster international news and views, mainly because the mainstream media seems to cover only crisis’ in the international arena. But there’s a lot of interesting stuff in governance, economics and just life.

business, specially strategy, being at work, small business and entrepreneurship.

I like to take something in science and look at it from a business point of view and vice versa.  And I like to have fun. That is why I have a section for it.

Glee is Me is the section where I put in stuff I find funny. Creative insults, jokes and funny little girl stories which probably are not as funny when written down!

And Scrambled Shouts is the section that comes from what I try to do once a day. Unscramble one of my sentences or a quote or something. My mind always seems to work better after that.

About Me

One of these days I must figure out a coherent paragraph and put it out here – wouldn’t that be nice! If only I could arrange myself in neat little bundles of roles but I’m messy and you know what, so is this world.  Yet somehow in this mess I have fun.

To know more, then see my first post here and this post here. This also tells you I’m too lazy to rewrite stuff. Besides it’s fun to see how many people clicked on your blog. So if you want to make me happy, it doesn’t take much – just click on the links and read away!

Hope you are having fun and happy too.

Cheers

  1. Hey thanks for visiting my blog. It was really nice of you to comment. Usually, I don’t know who my readers are. So thank you again for the compliment. =]

As for global warming, it’s been a problem since the industrial age started in England. No one really took into consideration the effects until science was able to prove that global warming exists. Even now, some people just think it’s hype.
